Sign UpAfter starting off her first two years of college at the University of Michigan, Noor took her talents to Cal Poly Pomona, where she graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Spanish and a minor in teaching English as a second language. As a college counselor, she’s guided students to schools like Harvard, UCLA, Babson College, University of Michigan, and University of Southern California—to name a few.
After college, Noor spent time working at the Princeton Review with their 54 international offices before moving on to assist in UC Irvine’s international programs. Since joining Collegewise, Noor’s focus has shifted to injecting a healthy dose of equity into the college admission and counseling space. In addition to her membership on the Western Association for College Admission Counseling’s Diversity, Equity and Access Committee, she’s led a presentation at their annual conference on “Stress, Anxiety & Depression in Students of Color at Predominantly White Institutions”. Noor has also continued to expand the equity and access work we do at as the leader of our Collegewise Scholarship program.
She’s also made life at Collegewise infinitely better for her fellow Wisers through founding our book club and leading a class on putting together a Michelin Star-worthy charcuterie board.

What are people saying about Collegewise?
As I clicked “submit” on my last of 12 applications, I did so with pride, knowing that each application was authentically me. Sure, without Collegewise I would have completed applications, but with Collegewise (and specifically Noor), I am enrolled in a school that is highly acclaimed and a perfect fit.

Noor’s calm demeanor, thoughtful questions, and sound guidance put my daughter’s mind at ease and got her back on track to completing 12 applications. Noor mapped out an aggressive but doable plan, provided constructive feedback and worked with Maddy to craft some extraordinary essays. I am a huge fan!

Using Collegewise was one of the smartest decisions we have made regarding our son’s academic future. Collegewise gave him a wider perspective on colleges and the choices he would need to make about his future. We will continue to share our fabulous Collegewise experience with friends and family!

Going to my meetings at Collegewise never felt like a chore, but more as something to look forward to! Everyone in the office is so friendly, willing to help, and made for such great motivators and supporters when it came time to fill in apps and write essays. 10/10!

By having Collegewise handle my daughter’s college application process, I felt well informed and well prepared. Collegewise did such a terrific job in vetting schools and making good fits that my daughter received generous scholarship offers and had to choose from multiple schools!

Collegewise opened my eyes to new colleges that I would never have thought about applying to. Because of that, I’m attending a university that I love. With Collegewise, my high school experience was way less stressful, as they gave me guidance not only in the college sector, but also my current studies in high school.
